In Mind Dementia Cafe
Weekly group sessions providing a welcoming safe space for social interaction whilst building a supportive community. This group is for parents or pregnant people who are feeling lonely, anxious, low, overwhelmed, angry or scared. This group provides a safe space for oyu to connect with other parents who are also struggling with their mental health, to share experiences and support each other.
