Terms of Hire

Please read these terms before you place you booking.

  1. The total cost of the booking has been paid in full inclusive of a £50 room damage deposit refundable 48hrs after the event.
  2. Hirers must organise and provide proof of insurance cover for their activities if requested at the Centre and we assume no responsibility for damage to property.
  3. Room access will be limited to the times booked. Any additional time will incur additional costs.
  4. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the room is left in a clean and tidy condition. All tables and chairs are to be put away. Floors are to be swept and mopped if needed, and all rubbish collected and removed from the site. Washing up to be done and put away. All equipment to be removed from the function room at the end of the Event
  5. NO alcohol is permitted on or is allowed to be consumed on the premises during your hire.
  6. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.
  7. Strictly only under 5’s are to be using the soft play.
  8. Your total  hire time is inclusive of setting up and cleaning away. Any extra time will incur an additional cost and will need to be agreed before the party date.
  9. Any breach of these conditions may result in the termination of your booking, or the loss of your deposit.
