This group is for parents or pregnant people who are feeling lonely, anxious, low, overwhelmed, angry or scared. This group provides a safe space for oyu to connect with other parents who are also struggling with their mental health, to share experiences and support each other.
Come and join this weekly group for women from diverse cultures and backgrounds and get support with things that you may need.
