300+ Tickets Sold to The Littlest Christmas Elf
In 2022 we brought Pip the Clumsiest Christmas Elf to Old Boat Corner, selling out three performances. This year Pip returned, selling out double the number of performances, over 300 tickets in just two days! A one-person show, The Littlest Christmas Elf was another story featuring Pip, devised once again by the team at Bigfoot Arts Education. After Pip’s popularity in 2022 we couldn’t resist bringing a new story to our younger guests and it was incredibly well received once again.Â
Low-Cost Family Entertainment
With tickets priced at just £4, this production was aimed at the families in our local community who may not be able to afford the bigger productions usually on offer in larger venues in the city. It’s clear there is a demand for this kind of event so we plan to bring many more to Old Boat Corner. Let’s hope Pip finds their way back to Old Boat for December 2024!
For the second year running, our Christmas events were generously supported by the OS&B Society – a collective of people who look for ways to make contributions for the benefit of the children in our community. Their donation enabled us to fund gifts for Santa’s Grotto as well as providing gifts for every child that attended The Littlest Christmas Elf. A HUGE thank you to the OS&B’s!
